I wanted to play around with shadow and light again.  I like the fading out of the colors towards the edge.

I saw this bouquet on a table at one of my favorite restaurants and loved it.  The color was spectacular!  I thought it would be a great subject for a still life painting.

I love the flowers in my garden, especially violas.  The colors are so rich.  I love to paint them.

This is painted from a picture I took while in the Tuscan region of Italy.  The area was so beautiful that I cannot wait to return!
